“ALL of your (Personal Care Attendants) and staff have been wonderful and (my husband) enjoyed their care.
Mayra was particularly helpful the last night of his life sitting right by his side and holding his hand and turning him when needed while he slept. Your consistent care for him made his struggle with ALS so much more calming. Our best to the other aides: Jenn, Sharon, Faith, etc. Keep up your good work. Vinnie would wish you PEACE and so do I.”

“On behalf of my Dad, myself, and my family I would like to thank you and everyone at Worcester Home Care for the support that you have provided us…
You were able to fit my Dad in on short notice and just before the Christmas holiday period which was a big deal. And being able to quickly respond to escalating levels of support as my Dad’s condition declined was very much appreciated. All of the staff in the office and the aides that spent significant, important time with my Dad were compassionate and caring. They were experienced and skilled and had hospice experience which was critical for us. Importantly they listened to my Dad and respected his wishes at all times. I always knew that they were trying to do the best for him and he was very appreciative of them and the respect that everyone showed. At times it was tough but the people won him over which is high praise as he is a very private, proud, and reserved person. Due to the excellent care provided we were able to honor my Dad’s wishes to stay independent as long as possible, to stay in his own home, and complete the last chapter of his life on his own terms. Having good people with him allowed me to have the peace of mind to be able to leave him when I could not be at his home. Your team worked smoothly with… hospice and this communication and info sharing was critical to executing a sound care plan.”

“I want to say thank you to Worcester Home Care for the quick response and providing aide services in our family’s time of need.
My Dad’s health decline accelerated beyond all the doctor’s predictions and we had no time to plan for aide coverage in advance. You took my call on a Saturday and were able to find the coverage we needed within hours. I appreciate the fact you did not make any promises you could not keep and you clearly described what you would try to do, kept me informed of the progress during the day, and then delivered. Cathy, the aide that came to our door Saturday evening, met and exceeded all expectations. She asked questions until she was crystal clear on what my Dad needed and completely understood his condition as well as what I felt he needed. This allowed me to get some much-needed sleep without further worry. I would strongly recommend your company’s services to others in need of hospice support or other services you provide. You do not need to go through this process alone and Worcester Home Care’s trained aides are the answer.”

“My sisters and brothers and I greatly appreciated the help your agency’s aides provided to my mother, Barbara.
They were always professional and kind. Mom was treated gently and with respect. Your staff were consistently helpful to our family and especially to me. I had many questions and they were all answered. When Mom needed more assistance your aides were a Godsend. Their help allowed her to live in her apartment for a longer time, as she wanted.”

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the wonderful service you provide.
We would have had to move my mother sooner (from the assisted living) to a nursing home if it wasn’t for the care she received.”

“Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your superior assistance in helping us care for our Mother.
While at (the facility in Worcester), we were so greatly appreciative of your never-ending compassion, immediate availability, and provision of aides. We were continually impressed with your accessibility and in providing us with our two favorite aides, who delivered care with dignity and fondness. It gave us great peace of mind knowing we had continual coverage 24 hours a day! We thought your company, especially you, helped to make a very difficult situation for us, much more bearable. You brought us solace and peace, and we are forever, immensely grateful.”

“From our family to your team, thank you for being the support to help us make (my father)’s final days and passing peacefully at home a reality.
Without your team I’m not sure we would have been comfortable navigating this end of life process at home. You helped preserve our memories of (Dad) being in his TV room, in the house he built with his own hands, enjoying the amazing family he and (my mother) built and nurtured over the decades. He listened to his favorite singer, Frank Sinatra, sing “I did it My Way” in his final hours. Our wish is that more families will be able to use a service like yours to make their final days manageable, emotionally peaceful and possible to retain joy and comfort even when saying goodbye. You helped make this possible for our family.”

“Our heartfelt thanks to you and all your staff who cared so well for Dad over this past year.
We always knew we could count on you all and could breathe easier knowing he was in good hands in your care. Thanks especially to Linda and Brianna for whom Dad developed such a fondness. Their keen ability to key in on his personality made all the difference in easing his agitation and making him feel comfortable and well cared for. In spite of his cruel disease, they became familiar and cheerful “family” to him and “angels” for us, his children. We are sorry to end our and his relationships with you all and will miss you. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.”

“I have no words to express how deeply I care about you (Rick) and all your attendants that helped me and Bill through this very difficult and emotional time in our lives…
I thank God I was blessed enough to have all of you in our home.”
Linda S., Worcester
“You went above and beyond the call of duty on more than one occasion.
When I needed 24/7 care very quickly, you were able to provide care givers on the same day. When Mom’s medication needs increased, you coordinated the logistical details and process. You were also kind enough to visit, call, or email often to check in and see how my mother and I were doing. That personal level of service was unexpected and very refreshing.”

“Matching Gladys with us was absolutely perfect.
She was wonderful and just what I needed to give me a short break. Your work is invaluable.”

“Thank you for the home services you provided for my mother after her devastating fall and subsequent surgery.
It was so reassuring to have Worcester Home Care on board to provide a level of supervision and expertise that (we) could not possibly handle. From our first meeting, you (Rick) treated my mother with respect and dignity. She is extremely independent and was resistant to having someone in her home to supervise. Your reassurance that your agency’s goal was to make her more independent as soon as possible was so important in getting her to accept the help she required… I found your aides to be extremely compassionate and patient, and able to handle her with gentle firmness to help her be successful in learning to use her walker, do exercises, and so on… Moreover it gave my husband and me tremendous relief knowing she was supervised at night.”

“I want to thank you so much for bringing your concern about my mom to us.
We feel so secure in knowing that you are watching out for her best interest at all times.”
Dianne S., Worcester
“I had wonderful round the clock care from your staff.
They also showed kindness and got my mother’s confidence. They worked very well with (hospice) to enable Ruth to stay in her home until the end of her life, which was her wish. I certainly recommend Worcester Home Care to anyone in the area who needs help caring for an older family member.”
